Project example 1
In 2022, as local Finance PMO, I supported the demerger of an API production site as part of an IPO of the newly founded company. Managing, monitoring and steering the demerger process in a complex environment with numerous internal interdependencies. The project was carried out according to the project plan and within budget.

PMO activity for a pharmaceutical company for the preparation of the local annual financial statements (HGB). Organizing, steering and follow-up of external auditor requests. Collection of the relevant data/facts for the preparation of balance sheet, income statement, notes and management report for the 2023 financial statements. Necessary information was collected from employees from finance and accounting, local controlling and other specialised departments.
